Azerbaijani Minister Misir Mardanov said that actual expenditures from the state budget made AZN 1.097 billion in 2009.

“In 2010, AZN 1.2 billion is planned to be allocated for education from the state budget that is approximately by AZN 180 million (10%) more than last year,” minister said.

At the same time, investment expenses will reduce as compared to 2009.  “In 2008, volume of investments totaled AZN 220 million, AZN 57 million in 2009 and investment expenses were defined at the level of AZN 47.7 million in 2010,” minister said.
